Applicability

Article 1 – Applicability

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organized by All Music Events and to the purchase and use of tickets for such events.

  2. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering an event, the visitor agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  3. Any deviation from these Terms & Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by All Music Events.

 

Tickets & Admission

Article 2 – Ticket Sales

  1. Tickets are sold exclusively through the official sales channels as indicated on the relevant event page.

  2. Depending on the event, tickets may be sold directly by All Music Events or through an external ticket provider.

  3. If tickets are purchased through an external ticket provider:

    • the administrative and financial processing shall be handled by that ticket provider;

    • the general terms and conditions of the respective ticket provider shall also apply;

    • payments and refunds shall be processed in accordance with that provider’s procedures.

  4. All Music Events remains responsible for the organization of the event but is not responsible for the operational handling of payments by external ticket providers.

Article 3 – Resale and Validity

  1. Tickets are sold for personal use only.

  2. It is strictly prohibited to:

    • resell or offer tickets for resale for profit;

    • commercially trade or distribute tickets;

    • use tickets for promotional purposes without prior written consent.

  3. Tickets resold in violation of these provisions may be declared invalid without any right to a refund.

  4. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels are not guaranteed. All Music Events shall not be liable for any damages resulting from counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Article 4 – Admission

  1. Admission is granted exclusively to the holder of a valid and verifiable ticket.

  2. All Music Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors in case of:

    • fraud or misuse of tickets;

    • violation of house rules;

    • risk to safety or public order.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Article 5 – Cancellation

  1. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible via email, website, or social media.

  2. In case of cancellation, ticket holders may choose between:

    • a voucher; or

    • a refund of the ticket price.

  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days through the party from whom the ticket was purchased.

  4. If no request is submitted within this period, the visitor shall be deemed to have opted for a voucher.

Article 6 – Rescheduling

  1. In the event of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date.

  2. If unable to attend, a refund may be requested within 14 days.

  3. If no refund request is submitted within this period, the right to a refund shall lapse.

Conduct and Safety

Article 7 – Conduct Rules

  1. Visitors must comply with applicable laws, venue house rules, and instructions from staff.

  2. It is prohibited to:

    • cause nuisance or danger;

    • use violence or intimidation;

    • damage property;

    • bring prohibited items;

    • disturb order while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

  3. Security checks may take place. Refusal may result in denial of entry.

  4. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Media & Image Use

Article 8 – Personal Recordings

  1. Visitors may take photos and short videos for personal, non-commercial use.

  2. Professional equipment or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

Article 9 – Recordings by All Music Events

  1. Photo, video, and audio recordings may be made during events.

  2. All Music Events has a legitimate interest in using such material for promotional and marketing purposes.

Liability & Force Majeure

Article 11 – Liability

  1. Attendance at events is at the visitor’s own risk.

  2. Liability is limited to direct damages and to a maximum of the ticket price paid.

  3. All Music Events shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of property, or damages caused by third parties.

  4. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or willful misconduct.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

  1. Force majeure includes circumstances beyond the reasonable control of All Music Events.

  2. In cases of force majeure, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled without further compensation beyond the ticket price.

Data Protection

Article 13 – Processing of Personal Data

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

  2. Data is used for ticket sales, event organization, safety, and marketing (where permitted).

Governing Law and Disputes

Article 14 – Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

  2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the District of The Hague, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Final Provisions

Article 15 – Final Provisions

  1. All Music Events reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

  2. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

  3. These Terms & Conditions entered into force on 23-02-2026.
