We provide full event production and coordination, including artist booking and guidance, venue coordination, technical and supplier management, event planning and scheduling, on-site production management, and risk management and safety oversight.

Yes. We collaborate with both national and international artists and ensure professional coordination, clear agreements, and smooth execution throughout the entire process.

Absolutely. We develop entertainment concepts tailored to the venue, audience, and objectives. Whether it's a cultural concert or a branded live experience, we create events that fit strategically and creatively.

Yes. We work on a project basis and support corporate events, cultural programs, and social gatherings requiring professional live entertainment management.

We operate with clear agreements, structured planning, transparent communication, and professional on-site management. Safety, hospitality, and organization are central to every production.

Tickets are for personal use only. Reselling tickets for commercial purposes, promotional use, competitions, or business activities without prior written permission from All Music Events is strictly prohibited.

Tickets purchased through unofficial channels or third parties, including resale platforms, are not guaranteed. All Music Events is not liable for invalid, fraudulent, or cancelled tickets obtained through unofficial sources.

Tickets for All Music Events are only sold through the official sales channels listed on the event page. Depending on the event, tickets may be sold directly by All Music Events or via an external ticket provider.

If tickets are purchased through an external ticket provider, payments, refunds, and administrative processing are handled according to that provider's terms and procedures.

Entry is granted only to holders of a valid and verifiable ticket. All Music Events reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry in case of fraud, violation of house rules, or if safety is at risk.

We recommend arriving early to avoid queues and to fully enjoy the event. Doors open at the time stated on your ticket and the event website.

Depending on the venue, lockers and/or cloakroom facilities may be available. Fees may apply. All Music Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

If you purchased your ticket through an official channel, please contact the ticket provider directly with your order confirmation. They will assist you further.

VIP tickets, with or without table arrangements, can be purchased via our official ticket shop. For direct VIP bookings or special arrangements, contact us at info@allmusicevents.nl or +31 85 060 99 50.

The VIP experience varies per event. Packages may include premium seating or an exclusive viewing area, priority entrance, meet & greet opportunities when applicable, and complimentary drinks or light refreshments.

If you have lost an item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allmusicevents.nl. Found items will be stored for a minimum of 14 days.
